Advertising is a major part of marketing. As far as some people are concerned, it’s the only thing marketing really does. While we know this isn’t exactly true, learning how to create a good advertisement will help you get the most out of your investments.

Most of the advertising you’ll do will be paid graphical ads which appear on other websites. You may also do some sort of Google Pay-Per-Click, but the concepts are basically the same. The goal is to grab people’s attention and get them to click your link. This article will help you do exactly that.

Short and Sweet

People are exposed to such an excessive amount of advertising these days that you don’t get much of their attention. You may get a second, at most, before someone has decided to engage with or ignore your advertising. This means the impact your ad makes needs to happen right away.

Simpler and shorter is better. If it can be done in only a few words, that’s the best way to go. Remember that your ad won’t be very big. It won’t be able to do much, because you want to keep your costs down. Something short, direct, and engaging is what you’ll need.

Engage

The biggest problem with a lot of advertising is that it tries to sell to customers. While this might be the point of the ad itself, it would be far more successful if it could engage the customers somehow—just enough to click on the ad. You want to make them think, to make them stop and consider your ad or click through to find more information.

Credit: www.pexels.com

The key to engaging your viewers is to understand them. What are their hot-button topics? What can you hit on to really get them going? Consider being a little controversial. Avoid the most obvious route and choose a message that will really force them to click.

Asking for their opinions can help. Running a contest that requires player participation is great. At the very least, use a message that might make them a little upset so they’ll be more inclined to click through and see what you’re talking about.

Tracking

Tracking may not seem like a major part of a good advertisement, but that’s just because customers will never see it. From the business side of things, however, tracking is one of the most important elements in any advertisement. Tracking is important because you’ll never truly know how successful an ad is unless you have a way to track its effectiveness.

There are a number of great tracking programs you can use and many of them are free. You’ll be able to see exactly how many times the ad was displayed, how many times it was clicked, and even things such as where the visitors went or how long they stayed. This is invaluable information which lets you perfect your advertising in the future.

Creating great advertisements is hard when you’re doing everything yourself. What you need is a team of experienced and dedicated professionals that can do all of the work for you. Get instant access to my six figure sales systems by clicking here.

Social media has exploded in popularity, so it shouldn’t be surprising that many marketers are advocating its use. There are hundreds of millions of users across multiple social media platforms, and they interact with each other on a daily basis.

The benefits this has to a marketer are clear. The problem is you need to integrate it correctly.

A lot of marketers fail in this pivotal second piece of the puzzle. They may have some sort of social media presence but all of their efforts are disjointed. You’ll need to create an interconnected web of social media accounts that all link back to your main site if you want to get the most out of it.

It all starts with content

Without a collection of strong content on your main site, you won’t have much to share on Twitter or Facebook. Your main focus should always be on your own website and your goal should be to populate it with plenty of good content.

Credit: www.pexels.com

Once a site has been up and running for a while, it’s a good candidate for social media integration. Whenever you post something new, it should get a mention in your social media accounts. This will help maximize the traffic generation offered by every piece of content you post.

Sharing

One of the best ways to do this is to share new content on sites like Facebook. Since you can do this with only a few mouse clicks, it really is one of the easiest ways to extend the usefulness of your content. It can also be a good way to subtly alert your followers to the presence of new content, which will increase the initial traffic it receives.

Quick Updates

Sites like Twitter are wonderful for sending out quick updates about what’s happening on your own site. You should plan to produce a few major, feature type pieces at least once every month.

Twitter can be used to build excitement for this type of content before it gets posted. You can also continue to drive traffic to it after posting by mentioning how popular it is or how busy the discussion threads are.

Tumbling Around

Tumblr is a social media platform that marketers rarely talk about. It is actually one of the most popular sites on the web, and is a prime location for finding a younger demographic. The beautiful part about Tumblr is that you can include links back to your site in either text or image posts. Other people can then share or “reblog” what you post, potentially reaching a huge audience.

The real key to social media rests in the integration. It really should be integrated as a part of what you do on your website, and not handled as something else entirely.

You’ll get the most out of social media by creating a website which all leads back to your main site and the offers that can be found there. Or, if you want to have all of this done for you, click here and discover how!

The amount of money you could potentially make online is astronomical. Plenty of people have quit their full time jobs because they managed to set up a system that makes more money than they thought possible. With millions of dollars being spent online every day, it’s never been easier to capture a piece of that action.

Every successful website is like a puzzle. It has a few very important pieces which all combine to create something profitable. While there is a lot to consider, these few tips will help ensure your website has everything it needs to start earning six figures or more a year.

The Website

The most obvious element is the website. This will be your business—it’s your branding and it’s where your customers go. A good website, however, needs to do more than simply sell products. It has to be informative, entertaining, and well-respected. This will help it get more visitors.

Visitors are the key to earning money online. If you want to make thousands of sales then you’ll need thousands of eager customers. Remember that they aren’t only coming to your site to spend money. They’ll need a reason to visit your site and click on products. Focusing on creating a website that is interesting to real visitors is easily the most important secret to a six-figure site.

Products

Once you have a website and a stream of visitors, you’ll need something to sell to them. People aren’t going to hand over their hard-earned money simply because they like your site. You need to give them something they’ll want. This means you need to find high quality products that are relevant to your niche.

There are a number of different products you can sell to your visitors. Information is always popular so books and videos can be a great idea. Programs designed to make someone’s life easier are also a great way to go. In addition to these, you can offer something that improves whatever it is your visitors do such as a service that automates mundane tasks.

A sales funnel

No matter how good a product might be, it will never sell itself. You’ll always need to give it a little push. This is done with a sales funnel. It’s a system that is designed to draw people in, weed out those who won’t spend any money, and then encourage the remaining people to place an order.

There is a science to creating an effective sales funnel. It can be difficult to find the right balance between qualifying leads and getting people to click on the Buy Now button. This is, in fact, where so many strategies fall apart. Without a good sales process, you’ll never make any money.

All of this takes quite a bit of work. If it was really easy, then everyone would be doing it. The truth is that you need to find a loophole, a way around all of this work, time, and money. That’s why I offer insider access to the most effective sales funnels and best-selling products in the home business niche today.

The traditional view of advertising is a bit of a one-way street. You create a marketing strategy that is designed to deliver a particular message to your target audience. This can be used to tell customers how your product is better than others, how it’s more affordable, or how it’s different than anything they’ve seen before.

The problem with all of this is not what it does, but how it does it. The internet has changed society in countless ways. One of the most relevant to marketing is that people now expect some sort of interaction. Your audience wants to do more than just read something, they want to discuss it…with you, even!

Learning to market in a way that engages your audience will increase the effectiveness of everything you do. Let’s take a look at a few common engagement strategies and how they benefit marketers.

Discussions

Nearly every website will have a comments section. Visitors stop by to read an article and then stick around to discuss it. The same is true on social media sites such as Facebook. This sort of engagement is so popular, in fact, that websites such as Reddit are designed to do nothing else but hot these kinds of discussions.

Encouraging discussion benefits marketers by creating buzz. Something that gets talked about is something that gets a lot of attention—and people remember it. Since people love sharing their opinions, this is a great way to engage your audience.

Sharing

Sharing is another way that marketing can engage an audience. When you post something of real value—be it an article, video, or podcast—people will often want to share it. Modern websites make it easy to click a button and share the information across a variety of different platforms.

This is wonderful for marketers because it gets other people to spread the word. Advertising space is generally a bit expensive, but this is some of the best free promotion around. Make sure all of your best material is easy to share.

Contests

Contests have long been a useful marketing tools but the rise of the internet has made them more powerful than ever. Old contests had applicants sending something in and it stopped there. Web-based contests can elicit far more interaction which can result in greater market engagement.

These are great for marketers because they can create a large commotion while only needing to offer one main prize. This prize can be a high-value item and the desire to win it will instill a desire to own it in all the contest applicants. Those who don’t win will be more likely to spend money to achieve the same satisfaction.

How to do it

Engaging your audience is an art form. It requires a bit of skill and experience. The best way to figure out what to do is to research effective and engaging campaigns created by other people. Take note of what they did correctly. Try to determine the key factors that made the campaign so successful.

Then try it yourself! Over time, you’ll see how well it works, make changes, and tweak and test it until you’re making money consistently.

This does, of course, take a lot of time and there is no guarantee you will implement the ideas correctly. Since the whole purpose of engagement is building a list of qualified leads, you can skip over all this work by taking advantage of my traffic-generation team that will get qualified leads for you. clicking here.

One of the biggest blinders that hold people back in online marketing is the focus on traffic numbers alone.

Now obviously, websites need visitors. The more visitors a website gets (or so we’re told) the more profitable it will be. What many marketers soon find out, however, is that traffic numbers are not always related to sales numbers.

Visitors are great. Your website needs to get people visiting it and engaging with the information you present. It also needs to convert these visitors into paying customers.

But how do you do that?

Two Different Objectives

Part of the problem comes from the fact that sales and traffic generation have two different objectives. Traffic generation (generally) focuses on getting the greatest number of people on a website as possible. Sales, on the other hand, focuses on your specific target customer.

You can’t simply put a million people in front of your sales page and expect to rake in the cash. It just doesn’t work that way.

The difference here is that one focuses on capturing anyone while the other focuses on a specific person. Sales certainly doesn’t work if visitors aren’t targeted, so your advertising efforts absolutely must be.

Targeting Customers

Traffic generation is great for creating a long list of leads, qualified as best you can tell. This group of people may contain a few buyers but you’ll need to weed out the mass of people who will never buy something from you. This can be done through the material posted on your website.

Each article, video, or audio file you post should be targeted to the specific market you’re trying to sell to. When visitors come across an article on weight loss, for example, only those people interested in losing weight will read it. That would be a great place to promote a weight loss product.

A Leaky Funnel

The trick to combining traffic and sales is to weed out the people who aren’t customers and sell to those who will spend money. This is done with what we call a “Sales Funnel”. Picture the shape of a funnel. It’s larger at one end than the other.

A sales funnel works by directing all of your traffic into the sales process. With each progressive step, the audience gets smaller and smaller in number. Eventually, you’re left with only those people who will be interested in your product. These are the people to whom you present your sales copy, products, and other offers.

Building a Funnel

The basic blueprint for a sales funnel is pretty simple. You start with a general audience and then begin to shave it down until you’re left with a small group of people who are more likely to spend money. In some cases this can be less than 10% of your overall traffic numbers.

You can tell who they are by their behavior—which they usually take after you ask them to do something and see how they respond.

A truly powerful sales funnel can make or break a product. They take a lot of tweaking, testing, and continued improvement. And, it can be so difficult to build an effective sales funnel that many companies will spend tend of thousands hiring someone to do it for them, and several times more buying traffic to test it.

Fortunately for you, there’s no need to spend that kind of money. You can get insider access to the most effective sales funnels and best-selling products in the home business niche today simply by clicking here.

Media Buys (buying packages of ad space) can be a great way to help grow your business. Finding the right place to advertise will open up a large audience that might be receptive to your current marketing efforts.

There is, however, a right way and a wrong way to do it. These six tips will put you on the right track to getting the greatest return on all your media buys.

#1: Budget It

Media buys can be a great addition to your marketing strategy, but they can also be a great way to empty your bank account.

To avoid spending too much money, it’s vitally important that you set a budget for media buying and stick to it. Once you go over budget you’ll be cutting into your profits. I suggest starting small, finding out what works, and then incrementally increasing your ad budget.

#2: Shop Around

It’s never a good idea to purchase the first thing you find. When it comes to media buys, the cost of the buy isn’t always related to the quality of the audience.

While it might be tempting to spend a lot to advertise on a well-known website, you might be able to find cheaper options that are just as effective.

#3: Goals

It’s important to keep the goals of your campaign in mind when looking for media to buy. Different websites will have different types of visitors.

If you’re focused on gathering leads, then one site might be a better option than another. If sales are your goal, then you’ll need to find a website full of real customers.

#4: Test It

Every campaign is different. The only way to really tell which media buy offered the best return is to constantly test different campaigns. Instead of just running one campaign and hoping for the best, diversify your marketing efforts.

When the campaigns are over, you’ll be able to run a few numbers and find out which one brought you the highest return.

#5: Cost Per Lead

You need to have a method of determining the most valuable media buys, and focusing on your cost per lead is a great way to do this. Traffic is always nice, but if it doesn’t convert into leads or sales then it’s only wasting your time and money. The cost per lead can be determined by taking the price of the media buy and dividing it by the number of leads or sales. Needless to say, anything with a negative ROI should probably be thrown out.

#6: Get Creative

At the end of the day, media buying is just advertising. Once you’ve purchased it, you’ll need something eye catching, inventive, and enticing to use it for.

Make sure you leave room in your budget for creativity. Hiring designers, writers, and even musicians can really boost the effectiveness of all your marketing. Don’t fall into the trap of neglecting to budget for creative design.

The real secret to effective media buying can be found in planning and analysis. It can be tempting to just jump right in and start buying anything you can find. To get the most out of it, however, you need to know what you’re doing. If all of this sounds just a bit too complicated you can get immediate access to my traffic-generation team that will get qualified leads for you here.

“Media Buys” is a term you’ll often hear in marketing circles. They are widely used, yet some people still don’t understand what they are. To put it as simply as possible, a media buy is basically advertising space purchased on some sort of media, like a website ad or TV commercial.

There are a great range of options when it comes to media buys and each one has its benefits and drawbacks. Some companies will spend millions of dollars every year and need to hire a dedicated media buyer to handle it all. It’s actually quite easy to end up spending a significant amount of money, but you don’t need to break the bank if you know what you’re doing.

What media can you buy?

Advertising space can be purchased on every form of media imaginable. Television commercials and radio spots have long been popular options. Space can also be purchased in magazines, newspapers, or circulars as well.

With the rise of the internet, however, web-based media buying has become a huge industry. Websites of every type in nearly every market will sell advertising space. Think of every website you’ve ever seen with ad space on them! This can often be a low-cost option that will still reach a large audience.

How to Know What to Buy

They key to getting the best return on a media buy is to have an effective plan laid out before you spend any money. Focus on developing a specific strategy. You’ll want to know who your target audience is, how much you’re willing to spend, and what you want to get out of it.

One mistake many people make is buying a lot of ad space right off the bat, lured by the total number of views without regard for how relevant the ads will be to their audience.

Just as with anything in business, you need to have a plan to follow or you’ll get lost. Media buys can either be a great investment or a total waste of money. Having a focused plan is what makes the difference.

Where to Buy

The strategy you develop needs to be focused on a target customer or audience, because this will tell you where to buy your media space. Consider your ideal customer. Do a little research to determine what sort of media they consume on a regular basis and what will get them to engage with your marketing.

When it comes to websites, you’ll want to pay attention to the traffic stats for each site. If the visitors fall into the same range of age, location, and financial ability as your target customer, then this is a great option.

Determining Value

It’s important to test a number of different media buying options to find the best one. You can do this by assigning a value to each one after you’ve run some test campaigns. Simply take the cost of the media buy and compare it to the traffic it generated. Then, take that and compare it to the number of sales or leads generated from the campaign.

Media buys can be a wonderful way to increase the awareness of a product, promote a brand, or generate revenue through sales. Once the media is bought, it is basically fully automated so it’s also one of the easiest marketing options around.

If you really want to supercharge the effectiveness of your media buys then you need to know the secret 4th ingredient of my master Sales Formula that can instantly double your income overnight. Check it out!

If you’ve been in the internet marketing world for any amount of time, then you’ve probably heard the term “sales funnel” before. This is a popular concept, but many people still have trouble understanding what exactly a sales funnel is.

It’s really just a way of looking the whole sales process from the first contact until the day they stop buying from you. “Funnel” is a good analogy and makes the process easy to tweak and improve by singling out what steps work and what steps don’t.

A typical sales funnel has a few different steps. For internet marketing, this process begins by generating traffic and directing it to an opt-in form which generates leads. Through interaction with your list, these leads get warmed up and become prospects. When you present them with a great product or offer, some of these prospects will turn into customers.

Attracting New Leads

The first thing to do is to choose an enticing, niche-specific offer, or reason to come to your website. If they’re targeting the weight loss niche, for example, then they will choose an attractive product, service, or website which is targeted to people who want to look and feel better.

Remember that you want to generate traffic that you can turn into leads. You’ll need something enticing enough to get people to your website. Once you’ve picked a lead generation method, the next step is turning this traffic into leads.

Landing Pages and Freebies

The landing page is important because this is what you’ll be directing traffic to. A landing page is just a simple, single page website that presents visitors with a free offer. This freebie is usually something small but attractive. It could be a few short videos, an ebook, or even software. You can either create these freebies yourself or use someone else’s with permission.

Visitors access this free offer by submitting their email address in a form posted on the page. Once they’ve done that, they are now on your mass mailing list. This is how traffic is converted into leads. The entire purpose of the landing page is, in fact, to help grow your list of leads.

Autoresponders

When you generate a new lead, it’s important to contact this person as soon as possible. Since most of us can’t just sit at our computer all day waiting for a new addition to our list, many marketers utilize autoresponders. This is a type of software that will automatically email someone when they sign up, and several times afterward to keep in touch with them.

This email can be used to start building a relationship which turns leads into prospects. The message this software sends can thank the person for signing up, deliver the free product they wanted, and possibly point them in the direction of something else they might like.

Sales Page

The sales page is the end of the funnel (for now). It’s where the leads you’ve generated get turned into paying customers. There are a few different theories on creating sales pages but they generally include an attention-getting headline, some sales copy or a video, information about the product, a call to action, and bonuses to add value to the customer.

The secret to success in internet marketing is creating an effective sales funnel. You can’t simply create a product and hope for it to sell. You need to generate traffic, turn them into leads, follow-up multiple times, and then convert leads into customers.

To help you supercharge your efforts, you can gain insider access to some of the most effective sales funnels and high-converting products in the home business niche today by simply clicking here.

Traffic is the lifeblood of marketing. Whether you’re selling a product, offering a service, or simply running a website, you need a steady stream of traffic before you can make any money.

But as you might have experienced by now, generating traffic is often harder than you might expect. There are a lot of things competing for people’s attention these days. While a high-value product or service once stood out on its own, now you need to give it a bit of a push.

Tapping into someone else’s traffic through a joint venture is the quickest & easiest way to do this. I’ve personally done this a number of times and it has almost always drastically increased the traffic flowing to one of my offers.

Here’s how you can do it, too:

Step 1: Find potential partners

The first step is to find someone to joint venture with. The ideal candidate is someone with an email list, or who generates a significant amount of traffic on a regular basis. They should be working in the same niche or market you are (or something relevant) because traffic needs to be targeted to convert well. Sending 1,000 people to an offer will get you nowhere unless those people will be interested in what you have for them.

Message boards and other online communities are a great place to start. Or, just track down a few popular websites and find the contact information for the person that runs them. Doing this lets you create a list of relevant, high traffic websites to approach.

Step 2: Reach out to them

Remember that a JV partner is different from a customer. When you contact them, you’ll likely be speaking with a fellow marketer. Treat them like a person you’re interested in getting to know. Tell them about yourself, what you need the traffic for, and what you can do for them. Don’t forget that this is a joint venture partnership so they will be expecting to get something out of it as well.

Step 3: Provide them with what they need

Your partner will be sharing their own personal traffic with you. This could be their own readers, clients, or customers, so they will be a bit protective. Make sure your potential partner understands everything you’ll be doing. Tell them about the offer, link them to the website, and maybe even include a free sample of your product. The more they know about you and what you’re doing, the more likely it is they will want to partner with you.

Step 4: Pay them forward

Since this is a joint venture, you probably won’t be paying for the traffic up front. But of course, your partner will want to get something in return for all of the people they’re sending your way. One idea is to offer them a percentage of the profits. This will give them a real reason to send as many people to you as they can.

You could also help promote something they’re offering, in return. When someone comes to your site and orders something, you could direct them to one of your partner’s offers as well. If you’re building a list, you could offer to promote one of your partner’s products to your list instead.

Getting tons of traffic from a joint venture can be great but it can be tricky to find the right partner. Even when you do, there’s no guarantee they will be sending you actual leads and not just window shoppers. If you want to be sure you’re getting the best traffic you can find, you can have instant access to my traffic-generation team that will get qualified leads for you by clicking here now.

There are tons of offers to promote, but few will ever have the power and uniqueness needed to put a lot of money in your pocket. Creating your own killer offer is the way countless people have managed to build lists, generate revenue, and grow their business. It may seem like a daunting task at first. It was a big step for me too but I’ve created a number of successful offers myself.

This is how I do it:

Know the Target Market

Your target market is the first thing you need to consider. A killer offer is designed to appeal directly to a specific group of people. You’ll need to offer something useful—something they’ll want to use or learn from. The key to a successful offer is simply creating something your target market is hungry for.

You can discover what this is by doing a bit of research. Try to find a relevant message board and look at the questions being asked. Investigate offers from other people, keeping an eye on what they’re offering and the way their offer is presented. This research phase will often give you all the answers you need.

What’s in it for them?

The main selling points of your offer will be the benefits. You’ll need to determine what someone will get out of it. Maybe it’s a program that makes their life easier. It could be an educational course that answers a number of questions they have. Perhaps it’s simply a new technique or product which will improve what your potential customers are already doing. Before you can create a killer offer, you need to understand what you’ll be offering.

Features

Once you’ve figured out the benefits, you need to come up with the features. These are the nuts and bolts of what they get when they purchase. No matter what you do, there is probably some competition. An impressive set of features (which show HOW a buyer will realize the benefits) will make your offer appear much more valuable. Add features wherever you can to support the benefits.

Build value before price

Far too many people chose a price and try to create an offer around that. The price of a product or service is relative to what it’s worth to the buyer. If something is of an extremely high quality, offers a long list of benefits, and has more features than other options, then even a high price will seem low.

The more value you can build the better. Keep adding to the offer. Show them what they can earn, save, or the dollar values of the offer’s components. As the value goes up, the relative size of the price will go down.

Guarantees

People are often reluctant to spend money. They want to be sure they’re getting a good deal, and avoid the risk of loss. This is why you need to add a guarantee. This could be as simple as a guarantee to refund anyone who isn’t satisfied or as complicated as a warranty with maintenance. Or, offer a free trial and let them use your product or service for a short period of time. This guarantee is often what pushes people over the line and into the realm of paying customers.

Call to action

The call to action is the last and possibly most important thing to include in an offer. At the end of the sales copy, you need to clearly and boldly tell your potential customers what to do. If you want them to buy something, contact you, or submit their email, you need to tell them exactly how to do it, and do it NOW. The call to action is the culmination of everything your sales copy has been building.

With practice you can learn how to create your own killer offers. It does, however, take a lot of time and effort to write, test, and revise until it sells well. If you’d rather jump right into promoting killer products and making good money, you absolutely need to see my Done-For-You system for generating leads and selling the high-converting offers I have perfected over time. Click here now and start raking it in today.
